Jerry Keppler
Principal
Jerry Keppler serves as Principal at Alexander Hutton. His insights, gained in a business career spanning 30 years, offer Alexander Hutton’s clients deep expertise in corporate finance. As co-founder of Alexander Hutton Venture Partners, he serves as Managing Director and functions as its CFO. He is currently a Director of ShipLogix, Max-Viz and Netupdate.
He was a founding partner of the Seattle-based accounting firm Clothier & Head and assumed finance and managerial roles with emerging growth companies in food products, manufacturing, retail and medical services. In addition to facilitating mergers and acquisitions for Pet's Choice, Inc., a veterinary practice management consolidation company, he was also an active early-stage investor in several Northwest companies.
Mr. Keppler has a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington and an M.B.A. from Golden Gate University. He retired as a colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve.
