Alexander Hutton is pleased to announce the sale of Apex Family of Wines, a nationally distributed premium brand, to HS, LLC for an undisclosed amount.
Apex is an award winning winery headquartered in Seattle, Washington. The acquisition of Apex Family of Wines by HS, LLC, a Precept Wine Brands holding company, was completed in November 2009. The transaction was led by Alexander Hutton co-founder Tom Elzey.
