SEATTLE - Alexander Hutton is pleased to announce the sale of its client Bridgeport Pharmacy Services, a wholesaler and retailer of pharmaceuticals.
The acquisition of Bridgeport Pharmacy Services by Omnicare Inc. (NYSE: OCR), a leading provider of pharmaceutical care for the elderly, was completed in May 2007.
