SEATTLE - Alexander Hutton is pleased to announce the sale of its client Codesic Consulting, an information technology services firm, for $24MM.
Codesic, founded in 1994, is headquartered in Seattle, Washington. The acquisition of Codesic by CGI Group Inc. (NYSE: GIB), an information technology and business process services firm, was completed in May 2007.
