SEATTLE - Alexander Hutton is pleased to announce the successful sale of its clients, the Crazy Moose Casinos and Coyote Bob's Roadhouse Casino. Alexander Hutton initiated the transaction, assisted in the negotiations and acted as financial advisor to the clients' shareholders. The acquirer, Nevada Gold & Casinos, Inc. (NYSE:UWN), is a developer, owner and operator of gaming facilities in Colorado, California and the southeastern United States. Nevada Gold paid $15.75 million for the acquisition. "We are very excited about this acquisition and the potential market opportunity. This acquisition marks our entry into the Northwest market and we foresee significant growth opportunities," said Robert Sturges, CEO of Nevada Gold.
