SEATTLE - Alexander Hutton is pleased to announce the sale of its client Hawaiian Vacations Inc., an Anchorage-based tour company, for an undisclosed amount.
Hawaiian Vacations, Inc., in business for over 25 years, is headquartered in Anchorage, Alaska. The acquisition of certain assets of Hawaiian Vacations by Alaska Airlines. (NYSE: AS), one of the largest US air-carriers, was completed in September 2007.
