ISTANBUL - Scott Hardman, a Managing Director at Alexander Hutton, Inc. also serves as President of M&A International Inc, the world's leading independent and largest corporate finance alliance. The alliance meets twice a year, most recently in Istanbul, Turkey.
The Fall Conference was well-attended, with over 200 participants, of which there were 116 members and more than 80 clients, press, contacts and sponsors taking private meetings during the client event, M&A Forum: Turkey. The Turkish Minister of Finance, Mr. Mehmet Şimşek, joined a gala dinner at the Esma Sultan Mansion.
The Strategic Acquirors Forum was attended by three acquisitive clients with some 15 members presenting identified acquisition targets to these clients.
The alliance admitted two new members, Eurasia Capital, with offices in Central Asia and Pagemill Partners with offices in Silicon Valley, bringing its membership to 40 firms in 45 countries.
