SEATTLE - Alexander Hutton is pleased to announce the sale of its client TranSenda International LLC, to BioClinica (NASD: BIOC).

TranSenda develops and markets innovative web-based, Office-Smart Clinical Trial Management Software (CTMS). Headquartered in Bellevue, Washington, TranSenda was founded in 1998. The acquisition of TranSenda was completed in March 2010.

BioClinica is a global provider of clinical trial management services. TranSenda’s acquisition will allow BioClinica to serve customers with technologies that improve efficiencies by reducing study durations and costs through integrated operational management.
