Fredrik Andreasson, Strategic Advisor

Fredrik Andreasson has more than twenty years of experience as an executive and operator, primarily in the healthcare industry, where he has led multiple companies through significant growth. As CEO of Outreach Services, a nationwide Revenue Cycle Management Company, Fredrik led the team that positioned the business for sale and ultimately partnered with a Private Equity Firm. A series of successful acquisitions led to the creation of Cardon Outreach, an industry leading platform in its space. Fredrik is currently the CEO of Seattle Sperm Bank, a rapid growth company in the reproductive medicine industry, where he and his team are foremost authorities in the field.

Born and raised in Sweden, Fredrik left for the U.S. to pursue a combined opportunity of playing soccer while attending Hawaii Pacific University, where he earned a BS in Finance/Computer Science, and a Master’s degree in Information Systems. Fredrik is a true operator who enjoys and excels in finding efficiencies and improvements, in both people and processes.
